Problem
Receiving, stock movement and staff tasks were tracked in a mix of paper, terminal screens and end-of-day tables. Managers saw the warehouse after the shift, not during it.
Before
A task could be done on the floor and still be invisible upstairs. KPI were assembled when someone had time to export them.
Solution
Receiving, warehouse tasks and handheld terminals write into one backend. The floor gets the next action. Management gets a dashboard of the same events, including staff operations and KPI, with realtime updates rather than a nightly file.

Result
